The newsfeed on the community site is not for customer support. Please use the ticketing system. That's why we spent time to develop that for you. I don’t want people to visit our platform looking for information on the game and see an endless sea of support issues.

Most of the time they are questions that have been answered already on an update call. Please stay informed and check my profile and the official CryptoLand page before asking questions. We will be releasing an FAQ shortly as well.

The feed is for game talk and strategy and that is it.

Going forward any post that are customer support related will be deleted.

We are aware of the 505 error when submitting the ticket, I will talk to the team about this but as I've stated many times. The tickets are still going through and we are answering them. Please submit only one ticket even if you get the 505 error.

Yes, that is correct. No membership is 0.5 eXRP. On the Ultima memberships, the transaction cost are 0.35 eXRP

The thing is, there are people from places in India who don't understand English at all, so whatever u tell them it's going on deaf ears. Cant blame them either.
Kind request Crypto Corey JPhair please keep calls on nrg meeting only. Much better and smoother meetings.

The crypto team also should understand that due to IX and Indian people, they sell most of their NFT even at 3-4 times higher prices than the current price which was also 1 year ago, else we never knew about the Crypto Land project, you can see how many people are there from the US or any other country in the call. So they should use some auto translator which translates the call from English to Hindi or Hindi subtitles.
